She is currently on New Zealand TV screens playing the role of high-powered defence lawyer Ava Shaw on the long-running soap opera Shortland Street. Ana earned praise for her guest role in Australian TV Series - Totally, Completely Fine (2023), where her compelling presence and emotional depth left a lasting impression on viewers and critics alike. Ana’s physical strength and skill in stage combat were prominently displayed in her lead role in the Auckland Theatre Company's production of O le Pepelo, le Gaoi, ma le Pala’ai (2024). An accomplished athlete, she is also a former top New Zealand tennis player. In addition to her acting prowess, Ana is recognised as one of New Zealand's best female voice-over artists. Her beautiful voice has lent itself to various high-profile Local & International brands, including Fisher and Paykel, New World, Fonterra, Comvita and Kiwibank. Beyond her on-screen and voice work, Ana is a producer and co-founder of production company UPU COLLECTIVE. Their award-winning theatre production, UPU, in which she also performs in, is currently touring internationally, earning acclaim for its poignant and powerful snapshot of stories and perspectives from the Pacific Ocean. UPU will have its Australian Premiere at the iconic Sydney Opera House in May 2025. A proud acting graduate of the New Zealand National Drama School - Toi Whakaari, Ana is an exciting talent to watch.
