ISOBEL RUSSELL

Isobel has been doing drama classes at Brickworks since 2022 with tutors Lauren Jackson, Natascha Diaz and Julian Wilson. She really enjoys it and in the latest show was asked to step in to play an extra role as one of the other children couldn’t perform. She's confident and funny and has just been cast as Abanazar (Jafar) in her school show, Aladdin Trouble. She was cast as the lead villain after a competitive audition process and is thoroughly enjoying playing a baddie. She has a vivid imagination and loves building elaborate improvisations with her sister and her friends. Isobel's mother, Lucy Wigmore, is an actor so Isobel has a bit of an understanding of the practicalities of being an actor.
